Chill couple looking for a roommate to share our wonderful home with - Price: 650 for sale in Arvada, Colorado

The house is located near 82nd and Kipling in Arvada. It is a three bedroom 4 bathroom two car garage house. I spent the better part of the last two years remodeling so the entire house has been updated. We have a killer deck, hot tub, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 40mps wireless Internet, direct tv etc. The basement is a theater/bar of sorts. We love it.
We are not huge into the party scene but we do like to have friends over from time to time and hang at the neighbors a bit.
Do you need a furnished or unfurnished room? I can accommodate both however I will have a smaller storage area in the garage if you have your own stuff. The third room in the house is my girlfriends. The room has a private bathroom across the hall from the room. We are looking for $650 per month plus $100 utilities. (the three way split on utilities actually comes out to about $140 per person but since it is our house we take a larger share) Of course you would have access to all common areas. We are a 420 friendly house.
